I.Cl.S. - Future Events

The following is a provisional schedule of future events, both those organized by the Society and other clematis-related activities that may be of interest to members.

Society events are open to both members of the International Clematis Society and members of associated Societies, though where the number of places is limited, preference will be given to I.Cl.S. members.

2008 Society Meeting and Conference in Japan

In 2008 it is proposed that the Society hold a meeting in Japan, it being 10 years since our previous, and first, visit. No itinerary is available as yet. Most likely dates are somewhere between the middle of May to the middle of June, when the early large flowered hybrids should be out, though this could change. Considering the distances many members will have travelled, we hope to make the most of being in Japan. Be warned, Japan is very likely to be quite expensive relative to recent Society events. However it should be a memorable experience.
